1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Fontaine Maschinen Social Casino ("Platform") at fontaineengineeringmaschinen.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The Platform is operated by Fontaine Engineering und Maschinen GmbH ("Company"), Industriestraße 28, 40764 Langenfeld (Rheinland), Germany. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

Fontaine Maschinen is a social casino entertainment platform that provides casino-style games using virtual currency only. The Platform does not offer real money gambling, betting, wagering, or any form of monetary gaming. No real money deposits for gambling, real money winnings, or cash withdrawals are available. All gameplay is for entertainment purposes exclusively.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Company reserves the right to verify your age and terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be terminated.

5. Virtual Currency

Virtual coins and all in-platform currency have no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold, transferred for cash value, or withdrawn. Virtual currency is provided through subscriptions, bonuses, and promotions for entertainment use only. The Company may modify virtual currency balances, values, or distribution methods at its discretion.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Optional monthly subscriptions provide virtual coins and bonus features. Subscription fees are charged monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through account settings; benefits continue until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate games or systems, create multiple accounts or use automated bots, harass other users or Company staff, reverse engineer Platform software, or misrepresent your identity or age. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including games, graphics, text, logos, software, and design — is owned by or licensed to Fontaine Engineering und Maschinen GmbH. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fontaine Engineering und Maschinen GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and virtual currency balances are forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Langenfeld, Germany. For Canadian users, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and cancel your subscription.
